For those groups who did not submit their revised/updated copies of the thesis last 17 December 2018 (after the oral defense held last October), you will be given until 07 January 2019 to submit. I did not ask a "progress report", but you have to submit the revised/updated version, incorporating the draft write-up of Chapters 4 and 5, including the comments given by the Panel of Examiners. Refer to the previous announcement: rsucivilengineering.weebly.com/updates/res421-ceee-project-study-2-draft-copy-of-the-revised-thesis-due-on-17-december-2018 Fail to submit revised/updated copies on the date specified, you will not be allowed to take the oral re-defense on 15 February 2019. The gantt chart shows the major activities that will be undertaken for the month of January, February and March. Please indicate issues and concerns towards the completion of the research project. Any major changes in the conduct of the research study will be properly communicated thru the Chair of the Department, with a formal letter stating the issues/problems being raised by the group that need immediate attention.
The revised final thesis proposal/manuscript and progress report (Gantt chart) should be approved (signed) by the concerned adviser - which means that the adviser acknowledged the submission of the said document and aware of the contents or progress/status of the said research study.
